LawBreakers, the recently released shooter from studio Boss Key, is now available on PS4 and PC, but there could also be a release for the game on Nintendo Switch.
Studio Boss Key, the studio run by Gears of War designer Cliff Bleszinski, is currently considering a release for LawBreakers on Xbox One, and also stated in a recent interview that if they were to release a Nintendo Switch version, it would have to be unique, but still may not even be on the cards.
Bleszinski stated: “We would probably consider the Xbox first, and then we’re very much in wait and see mode right now. It is a fine console, the Switch … the entire concept of it is just brilliant. Nintendo just really knocked it out of the park with this one.”
If LawBreakers was to release on the Nintendo Switch, then Bleszinski said they could potentially make a new mode in the form of 1v1 against a nearby person. He continued:
If we were to do the Switch, would it be like a rocket arena, 1v1 with nearby people or something like that? I don’t know.
For the time being, you can experience LawBreakers now on PlayStation 4 and PC.
