Latest Overwatch Patch Brings New Map
Overwatch players, are you tired of playing the same maps over and over again? Well, if you are, then we have some great news for you, as the latest patch brought the new Escort Map called Rialto. It also brings changes to Genji, Brigitte, Hanzo, Junkrat, and as always, tons of bugfixes. The new map looks absolutely awesome, and it’s the home to the infamous Talon agent Antonio Bartalotti’s huge property. It is also the place where the “Venice Incident” occurred, which was a major event for both the Overwatch and Talon organization.
Now, let’s talk about the Hero changes. Briggite, the latest addition to the Overwatch roster, had a bit too much reach with her Shield Bash, so Blizzard decided to cut its cone angle from 90 to 60. Genji, our favorite ninja had his hitbox reduced because it was so large that it allowed him to sometimes reflect projectiles that weren’t supposed to even hit him. Hanzo got a lot of buffs in order to help him maintain his high damage output now that he lost his Scatter Arrow. His Projectile speed got increased from 85 to 100, Sonic Arrow got its cooldown, duration, and radius decreased, he got a new ability called Lunge (allows him to leap horizontally by pressing jump while in mid-air) and Scatter Arrow got replaced by Storm Arrows, which allows him to fire up to 6 arrows that are all fired at full power, but deal reduced damage.
