The latest patch to be added to the asymmetrical horror game Dead by Daylight appears to be preparing the console version of the game for the content that we have seen previously released on PC.
Entitled “A Lullaby For The Dark,” this update brings a brand new killer, a new survivor, a new map, plus locations and offerings for players to indulge in, as well as a number of other changes being made. The PS4 update log is the source for the changes, with the official patch notes from the game’s developer Behaviour Interactive yet to be put online. You can check out some of the changes in the image below, and find the rest of the screen grabs from the blog right here.
Update 1.09 looks set to bring a wealth of content to the console version of the hit horror game, plus a number of fixes and tweaks to the game’s mechanics to ensure that balance is brought to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions.
“A Lullaby For The Dark” will be available from August 21st, with users stating that the content has not yet been unlocked. Either way, it looks as if console players will be catching up to the PC version.
