Overwatch is Blizzard’s competitive multiplayer shooter with hero characters which was released two years ago. It’s a fairly popular game, even though the shooter spotlight now lies on Fortnite. But, we have some exciting news that might just pull back old Overwatch players that stopped playing the game, and that is the return of the King’s Row Uprising event.
It’s a shame that a shooter which such a rich universe as Overwatch doesn’t have anything similar to a story mode, as it was quite exciting to play the King’s Row Uprising event when we first got introduced to it. But, maybe we will get something like this in the future if Blizzard decides to listen to the Overwatch community, but for now, we will have to make do with the return of this event. Why was it so popular with the player base? The story surrounding the event and all the cool skins that came with it made it a huge hit, so we’re not really surprised that Blizzard is bringing back the event once again. Is the story going to get expanded further, will we learn more about the already known things in the story, will we get even cooler skins this time around, nothing is certain, that’s for sure, but we only need to wait for April 10th in order to find out!
