Kingdom Hearts III has been a highly anticipated game for years now. In fact, it’s been known about for years, and we’ve seen the evolution of the title from its announcement to where it is now, and it’s clear Square Enix has been working on making it the best it can be. Sadly, that takes time, but it looks as though the game will be coming out this year (hopefully). As such, player questions now turn to what worlds and characters will Sora and crew meeting and visit.
We already know several new worlds that we’ll visit in Kingdom Hearts III, including worlds featuring Toy Story, Tangled, Big Hero 6, and Monsters Inc. But now, a Redditor has posted leaks of what could be two more worlds coming to the game, and both are big name franchises.
The first is a world based on The Jungle Book. Ironically, this was meant to be in the original Kingdom Hearts, but it was swapped out for Tarzan (which was very popular at the time). Given the success of its live-action film, and another one that’s coming out, it’s no surprise that it’s finally making its way into the game.
The other is potentially the land of Arendelle, which many will recognize as the setting of the beloved film Frozen. This one already has a ton of credibility because Tangled is already being put into the game, and Frozen came after Tangled. Plus, the characters are some of the most beloved characters that Disney has ever made. So…why not put them in?
Naturally, we don’t know if these leaks are actually true, but they do seem to be somewhat credible. With the game reportedly (possibly) coming out this year, we could find out more very soon, including at E3 2018 where we’d be VERY surprised if a new trailer didn’t come out then.
