Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr: Overview Of Patch V0.3.0
Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is an upcoming sandbox action-RPG set in the dark and violent Warhammer 40, 000 universe. We still haven’t had a proper Warhammer RPG, but Inquisitor – Martyr could be it. The game is well underway, and a new patch got released, which adds PvP, new crafting features, and various other additions and fixes.
The main and most notable addition is, of course, the PvP. If you want to participate in some hectic player on player action, the PvP mode can be accessed by pressing the PvP button that is located at the bottom of the action bar. The game currently has 2v2 and 4v4 queues available, but also keep in mind that this is an early version of the PvP mode, so the developers said that they will be updating the server/netcode whenever they can and need to. When you engage in PvP, the objective is to take control of Victory Locations, which earn you Victory Points. When you reach 100 Victory Points, your team wins. This will be a breath of fresh air if you got tired of constantly slaughtering heretics, xenos, and daemons.
Another new feature that got added to Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is the Crafting Tech Tree that allows you to unlock all sorts of improvements that will help you become a master crafter. The Crafting panel was also greatly improved to be cleaner and more effective.
Lastly, we have some minor bug fixes, new monster videos will now appear on the mission selection screen, the Starmap got new soundtrack variations, and the Assassin got two brand new 2-handed weapons.
All in all, the patch is rather small, but it finally brought PvP and other various improvements that the game needed.
