Square Enix Montreal has released a new, free Just Cause 3 themed update for the mobile shooter Hitman: Sniper. The latest update for the competitive game sees Agent 47 being dispatched to the Mediterranean republic of Medici. Here, for those who are familiar with the Just Cause franchise, players will be able to get their hands on The Final Argument, which is protagonist Rico Rodriguez’s sniper rifle of choice, as well as sticky rocket mines and the explosive tether. In addition to this, the unique weapon also offers the Chaos passive perk, which makes every object that you can interact with explode.

The Just Cause 3 content can be unlocked by completing different tasks, including inviting friends to play the mobile game, sharing a video on Everyplay and getting to Rank 3.
Hitman: Sniper is rapidly making its mark on the mobile gaming scene, boasting over 7.5 million players so far. The title reached number one in the top paid app charts in China for an impressive 12 weeks this year, and is a mainstay in charts all over the world ever since release. Over the past two years, 20 content updates have been implemented, and players can expect more to be introduced over the coming months.
