Seems like players are having issues transferring their progression from previous Hitman games to Hitman 3 due to server overload.
Hitman 3 already has glowing reviews. Both from critics and from players. The final entry in IO Interactive’s stealth/murder simulator seems to hit all the right notes. Yet, you can’t escape issues with game releases these days. A great number of players are trying to transfer their progression from previous games. Hitman 3 and its servers aren’t handling that all too well. I mean IO Interactive’s Hitman trilogy is incredibly popular. This means a LOT of people are trying to play Hitman 3 right now. And all of them want to carry over progression from the previous two titles. That’s how we get server issues, but the devs said that they’re working on a solution right now.
With all the carrying over content from previous games, to Steam-to-Epic transfers, IO Interactive has their work cut out for them. Busy days lie ahead of them, but that’s just how new releases are today. Hopefully, Hitman 3 players don’t suffer too hard because of server overload. As I’m guessing everyone is dying to hop into the game and kill people with muffins. You can also see him kill people with more traditional weapons in a trailer I covered yesterday.
