Tekken 7 has been praised for many reasons since its release. Not the least of which is because of the incredible depth the game has. But more recently, the game has been praised because of the DLC it’s been adding. While DLC 1 Pack was a bit oddball, as it added bowling and new costumes. The two packs that have been announced since then have been anything but odd. In fact, it’s been epic. DLC Pack 2, for example, revealed that Fatal Fury/King Of Fighters big bad Geese Howard would be coming to the game.
However, the character only got a “Winter 2017” release date, and that hasn’t changed since then. Or…has it? For players have been looking for clues as to when the character will arrive, and a date has apparently been found on the Microsoft Store that states the character will be arriving very soon.
The store page for Geese Howard went up recently on the Microsoft Store.

A follow-up to that tweet from a Tekken 7 Season Pass holder backs that up, even going so far as to note that an update to the game may be coming with the arrival of Geese Howard, but we’ll have to wait and see on that.
Either way, if this is true, Tekken fans will have a whole new reason to jump in and play the game again. Although, that could also be true for the other DLC character that was revealed recently: Noctis from Final Fantasy XV. This character shocked the world just as much as Geese Howard did, especially since he’s able to use his sword from his game.
No matter which you’re excited for more though, the result remains the same, Tekken 7 is one of the best fighting games out there right now, and it deserves to be played.
