Bet that you didn’t expect the 50v50 mode to pop back into Fortnite while the Thanos event was still going on. Well, no one actually expected that to happen, it just did, so now you get two very different game modes to play in this battle royal title, which is actually quite nice. If you don’t know what the 50v50 mode is all about, well, the name should be enough for you. Two teams of 50 people get dropped on the opposite sides of the map, they get ten minutes to go hunt for some loot, and then you can start the carnage. But, after five minutes the storm starts closing in, so you better advance on your enemies and reach a safe spot before the storm kills you.
If you want to know what total and absolute chaos looks like, then you’re going to enjoy this mode a lot. It’s quite a shift from the Infinity Gauntlet Limited Time Mashup where you get to play as Thanos and just absolutely wreck everybody and everything, so there’s quite a lot of diversity in Fortnite as of now. Both mods aren’t here to stay, so try to enjoy both of them while they’re still here.
