Fortnite Battle Royale has been a very interesting title to follow. It launched to some success, especially given its long development period, but it truly made a name for itself once it added the titular Battle Royale feature. Since then, the game has been gaining followers like crazy, to the extent that it’s being considered a serious rival to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. To that end though, the team has to keep the game balanced and fair. So, a new patch is coming out tomorrow to help do that.
For example, there will be a new weapon in the Silenced SMG, these “stealthy” weapon will no doubt be popular with those who want to be more of a ninja on the battlefield. But, a bunch of other weapons are getting an upgrade as well. Including the Assault Rifle, the Rocket Launcher, and the rest of the SMG family. They detailed much of this in a special video you can see below.

One of the other major things that’s going to be addressed soon is team killing in Fortnite Battle Royale. The team admits that they dropped the ball on this, and are going to work hard to punish those that do intentionally kill team members. They’re sorry for all pain this has caused, but do ask that you report these instances when they do arise.
An interesting thing they did though is praise the creativity of its players. The gamers of Fortnite have been coming up with some very interesting strategies to get the job done, and Epic Games promises that unless something game-breaking happens, they won’t try and “fix” these clever ideas.
