For Honor amassed a lot of hype when it first got announced, and a lot of people played it when it first launched, but these days it feels like you can barely find a match in Ubisoft’s sword-brawler. If you want a game with excellent and intense swordplay, this is the title for you, and now you’ll even be able to master the game’s difficult combat system with the brand-new training mode.
The combat system of For Honor isn’t that difficult to learn, but it is definitely hard to master. There’s a big difference when you clash swords with someone that’s solid at the game and you manage to take him down using a trick or two. When you run into someone who knows what their doing, well, let’s just say that you get cut in half before you even manage to land a blow on them. But, now we will be able to use the Training Arena, the Apprentice Trials, and the Warrior Trials, which are going to help us understand the complex mechanics of the Art of Battle system.
The Training Arena is definitely the best feature, as it helps you master your favorite Heroes and slowly, but surely, get a hang of various complex strategies that you can use against your opponents.
