Without a doubt, it is a great time to be a football fan. The season is finally back underway, and with that will be the annual releases of both Pro Evolution Soccer and the soccer sim sensation that is FIFA, which will return next month with FIFA 18.
EA has unveiled the official trailer for the next entry in the franchise, and will continue last year’s trend of moving over to the Frostbite engine for the game. There are definitely some noticeable differences in this year’s release, in terms of the game’s motion and gameplay. It will predominantly be down to improvements in visuals that will set FIFA 18 aside from the rest, with enhanced textures and more to be expected when it hits the shelves.

FIFA 18 is set for release on September 29th, 2017 on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox 360 and PS3. Of course, there will be differences with in each version, with limited visuals on older generations and exclusive features to the Switch version.
So get ready to be a full part of this season of football, and prepare for what will be the most immersive entry into the footballing franchise to date.
