Late last year in November, The Sims 4 finally made its way to PS4 and Xbox One. Past Sims games have been somewhat up for debate as far as consoles are concerned, which have failed to transition the popular PC experience in a successful and authentic manner, though this latest outing does appear to be as close as it has been with past efforts. This time, The Sims 4 is as promised, with it be a copy of the PC version, which also gives players the chance to experience the expansions that are on offer on the PC platform on console.
On the subject of expansions, the console version only launched with a few add-ons for players to enjoy, though it now appears that there may well be more to come. This is thanks to a number of leaks that have appeared on the online retailer Amazon, who has put up a number of release dates for several expansions coming to PS4 and Xbox One.
You can check out one of the leaked images below:
Meanwhile, the listed expansions and dates are as follows:
- Outdoor Retreat – 15th March
- Kids Room Stuff – 15th May
- Toddler Stuff – 15th May
- Backyard Stuff – 15th August
- Spooky Stuff – 15th November
- Fitness Stuff – 15th November
- Bowling Night Stuff – 15th February 2019
These could potentially be placeholder dates, particularly with one due on the 15th of this month. Unfortunately, there is no mention of the Cats & Dogs expansion either.
The Sims 4 is now available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
