Team17 and Mouldy Toof Studios have announced the release of the hit prison escape sequel The Escapists 2 on Nintendo Switch.
The Escapists 2 serves as the follow up to the award-winning sandbox prison game, returning with better graphics than ever before, along with improved crafting and combat to accompany the multiplayer, which is by far the most fan requested feature for the game.
The Nintendo Switch version allows you to break out of prison with whoever you choose. You can team up with fellow inmates for local two player split screen mode, using either a Joy-Con or Pro Controller to team up, or face off against each other to see who can escape the fastest.
layers will be risking it all in order to break their way out of the world’s toughest prisons, featuring the most difficult locations to date. With several floors, roofs, vents and tunnels, you’ll have to abide by prison rules whilst plotting your escape. This entails following strict routines, doing jobs and much more, in environments ranging from desert trains to outer space.
The Escapists 2 is now available on PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
