Team17 and Mouldy Toof Studio have revealed a new prison as part of the Big Top Breakout DLC for the sandbox escape game The Escapists 2.
The official description from today’s press release reads:
You wake up to suddenly find yourself trapped as a clown in a travelling circus, the ringmaster warden and strongmen guards rule the circus grounds with an iron fist. Forced to perform for the circus visitors’ entertainment, can you perform a vanishing act instead and leave behind the caged animals and dreaded daily circus show for good?
The latest prison to be added to the game comes with a number of new items, which will need to be located, crafted and utilized to perform what will be your greatest breakout to date. So whether you choose to fight your way to the great outdoors, or spend the rest of your days under the unforgiving rule of the strongmen and their guard poodles, you’ll have a decision to make.
The features for the Big Top Breakout DLC include:
- A brand-new circus themed map to escape
- New circus themed customisations for your inmate
- New jobs. Tame lions, hang carnival posters, paint faces and blow up balloon animals to
- purchase vital supplies you’ll need to break out
- New items and craftable recipes
- New achievements and trophies to unlock
The Escapists 2 is now available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
