Dragon Ball FighterZ Revealed At E3
When you heard that there was going to be a new Dragon Ball game, where you expecting a 2D brawler? Well, most people didn’t, that’s why this announcement caught many people off-guard during Microsoft’s E3 press conference when Dragon Ball FighterZ was shown. Fans of the series should be excited, as this could just be the Dragon Ball game that they were waiting for. Watch the action-packed trailer down below to witness some epic clashes from your favorite heroes and villains.
The game is 2D, but the characters in Dragon Ball FighterZ are in 3D, and the art style of the game is absolutely brilliant, as Goku, Gohan, Frieza, and everyone seen in the trailer looks like they have been taken out of the anime and put in a video game. The attacks are also in 3D, and each Kamehameha that we see looks better than the previous one. Not just them, other attacks that we got to see were flashy and looks awesome, which is required in a game where the characters shoot huge beams at each other.
Bandai Namco announced that Dragon Ball FighterZ will release in early 2018 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. A three versus three battle system will also be in the game, so we will be battling with three characters at our disposal, which adds tremendous depth to the combat system as you can imagine all the combos that you can make during a match.
We can’t wait to see more of this game, so stay tuned!
