After Ashton Williams, the Sr. Communications Manager of Infinity Ward, posted a lot of strange gifs on Twitter, speculations appeared.
This is the lady that has been tweeting a lot of strange and eerie things. Mostly gifs of ghosts, demons, and other various diabolical and spooky things. Of course, since people like to speculate, some thought that this was a way of saying we’re getting a new Call of Duty: Ghosts game. Which is quite possible, but we hope isn’t the case as that was one of the worst CoD games ever released. Did anyone ever even say anything nice about that game?
Now, while the most obvious answer is that they are teasing a new CoD: Ghosts game, we beg to think otherwise. Maybe we’re getting a Call of Duty game where you get to kill demons and ghosts. That would also be quite a strange decision, meaning that the game would have to go against the new DOOM and DOOM Eternal titles, which really isn’t a smart idea. So, what else do we have? What could these tweets possible be hinting at? A brand new IP? An expansion? Or maybe they are just random tweets that don’t have anything to do with a new Call of Duty game.
