Divinity: Fallen Heroes Mixes RPG Goodness With Tactics

Divinity: Fallen Heroes picks up where Divinity: Original Sin 2 left off and focuses more on turn-based combat than word building.

Divinity: Fallen Heroes

Divinity: Original Sin 2 is one of the best RPGs of the last decade. An icredibly well-crafted world and story, amazing characters, engaging combat, ton of dilaogue options, and more. These are only some of the things that made us fall in love with that game. Now, Divinity: Fallen Heroes brings more of those things back to us, now with a bigger emhpasis on tactical combat.

Don’t worry, all the RPG bits that made the previous titles great will be present in this game as well as you make your way through many kingdoms and put down the new evil that wants to bring forth the apocalypse. Many missions await, new heroes are waiting to get recruited, new skills are available for use, and the combat system is getting revised. Oh, and this title has a co-op mode if you want to take down vile monsters with a friend.

PAX East is the thing that we’re waiting for since that is when Larian Studios are going to show more of Divinity: Fallen Heroes. People are pretty excited about this thing, and if it ends up being something great it should lead to Divinity: Original Sin 3. Everyone would be delighted to play another stellar RPG like that, so let’s hope that this franchise just keeps on expanding.
