Diablo III has been doing a lot to keep players entertained, one of the biggest things they’ve done though is their Seasonal Content. This challenges them to make special characters, go on special quests, earn special items, and do it before the season ends. For their current season, Season 10, the ending date is fast approaching. On June 23rd (in all regions) it’ll end. But, the team at Blizzard know that not everyone may know what happens when a season ends, and what happens to what they have gotten through it. So, they made a post about exactly that.
First up, your heroes. The character you used in Season 10 won’t be erased, in fact, you honestly don’t have to do anything to them. They’ll maintain the spot on your roster that you have them in now, and they’ll just be put into a “non-seasonal normal or hardcore mode” based on the difficulty you made them for naturally. Plus, when Season 11 happens, you can restart with that level via a converter in the game.
All the gold and Blood Shards you got will remain, it’ll just be transferred to your other heroes. For your Paragon experiences, it’ll roll over, but only through the total amount, not the raw amount. In the case of items, if there are items equipped to your seasonal hero, they’ll remain attached to them. The rest you have collected though will be mailed to you through the game, and you’ll have 30 (from your first login after the season ends) to collect the items, else lose them. Oh, and if you’re worried about losing your achievements, fear not, they’ll be added to your profile.
Remember, you have until June 23rd to get everything you can, done for Diablo III’s Season 10. As for Season 11, the new season will arrive on July 20th.
