It’s a pretty decent time to be playing Destiny 2 right now, as the new Prestige Raid has been launched, as well as the altered Nightfall, which has seen the introduction of the Pyramidion Strike. The Weekly Reset saw the change of the Nightfall strike that would be implemented to run on Xbox One and PS4, with the PC version yet to be released.
There had been an occurring bug during the Destiny 2 Nightfall Strike on Prestige, which saw the final area not spawning enough of the blue pulses that could be triggered by players. Many of these players reported the issue, and has since been noted by Bungie, who decided to switch up this week’s Nightfall.
The development team for Destiny 2 stated: “To mitigate issues encountered by players in the Exodus Crash Nightfall strike, this week’s Nightfall has been changed to Pyramidion.”
So the Nightfall has been changed to The Pyramidion, which will task players with getting revenge against the Vex Mind, which has corrupted the arm of Asher.
Destiny 2 is now available on Xbox One and PS4, with a release planned for PC next week, with reports also coming in that you can now pre-load the game onto your PC should you be purchasing it on that platform.
