Bungie is really doing a good job at keeping Destiny 2 filled with all kinds of events. You know, in a shooter like Destiny 2, you run out of content pretty quickly if you play the game regularly, so these events fill in that content gap perfectly. In the Solstice of Heroes event, the denizens of the City want to thank the Guardians for defending them bravely. Players then put on broken ceremonial armor so that they remember what it feels to not be invincible. Also, during this event, you get a cool new armor which can be upgraded while the event lasts.
So, how do you actually upgrade this cool new armor? Well, you upgrade them by playing these Redux Missions. There are five of them, and they are story-driven, which means more cool lore, and that’s always welcome in a Destiny game. These missions are called Homecoming, Spark, Payback, 1AU, and Chosen. Pretty cool names, so we are also expecting some pretty awesome stories to get told in them.
Also, do you remember those Triumphs that we talked about before and how there are some that still weren’t released? Well, when Solstice of Heroes arrives in Destiny 2, so will 5 brand new triumphs, so those of you that are looking for these to complete them all, be patient, they are almost here.
