Crossout will be introducing a new faction into the game with ‘Dawn’s Children,’ which will be making an appearance in the game in the near future. The wasteland will soon play host to new cabins and structural parts, as well as new weapons, hovers and the long-awaited and heavily-requested return of ‘Apollo’.
These aren’t the only changes that players can expect to see when the new update rolls out, as there is a number of alterations being made, particularly in the faction access mechanics. Here, the developers have decided to take a look back at the mechanics of gaining access to factions, ones in particular that were initially “conceived at a high-level.” The changes will allow the developers to link the initial and high-level factions among themselves, according to the official website.
As for the faction changes themselves, these include the ability to join the ‘Steppenwolfs’ faction after reaching level 10 in the ‘Scavengers’ faction. In a similar fashion, joining the ‘Dawn Children’ faction will be available after reaching level 10 in the ‘Nomads’ faction. If you are already a part of the ‘Steppenwolfs’ faction, you will not lose access to the faction, even if you do not meet the new requirements.
