Conan Exiles has recently launched on Xbox One’s Preview program, working in a similar vain to Steam Early Access. So naturally, there will be a number of bug issues in this version, prior to the full launch next year.
As expected, there are a number of bugs that are being fixed by developers, one in particular that cuases a number of crashes. Despite the intention to rectify these changes, Funcom are awaiting certification before the can implement it into the game: “We are still waiting for certification to finish. Believe us, we’re as anxious to get this patch out as you are. Messaging Microsoft’s support team won’t make the cert process go any faster. Please refrain from doing this. Thank you for your patience.”

Another issue with the game is the full in-game nudity that has been quite a renowned feature of Conan Exiles in the European version, with it being difficult to access for those who are looking to use that sort of thing. It has since been confirmed that due to an issue with the Xbox Store, this option is currently unavailable in all territories, staying with partial nudity for the time being.
