Bandai Namco Entertainment has today announced further details on the collaboration between Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and Dragon Ball FighterZ.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be introducing a new game mode known as Hero Colosseum, which will be available this Autumn across all platforms. This new mode will have its own story mode where players will take part in a tactical figurine battle. As for those who have the paid Extra Pack 1 and Extra Pack 2, there will be new content available to you. Extra Pack 1 includes Tapion, Android 13 and 2 other new characters. Meanwhile, Extra Pack 2 includes a new character, a new scenario and another method of interacting with Dragon Ball characters.
As for the collaboration between the two titles, there will be special items given to those who own a copy of each. So if you own Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 already, then this is certainly an incentive to purchase Dragon Ball FighterZ too.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is now available on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch. As for Dragon Ball FighterZ, this will be released in 2018. When the time comes for the latter to release, not only will it reveal a new title in the popular franchise, but will also reward those who have picked up Xenoverse 2 as well.
