Bandai Namco’s highly anticipated action RPG Code Vein has revealed details on two of the characters that will be appearing in the game.
First up is Mia Karnstein. Voiced by Ai Kayano, Mia is a female Revenant who traverses through the land of Vein along with her younger brother. She is prepared to take on all comers for those who threaten what is the last of her family, even if it means fighting against fellow Revenants. Her abilities include utilizing bayonets for distance attacks, whilst her Blood Veil is “Stinger”, which too has a long reach in tail form.
The second character revealed is Yakumo Shinonome, voiced by Kousuke Toriumi. As a former mercenary, Yakumo has both a strong sense of duty and presents a cool, calm and professional personality. His weapon of choice is a large blade, with his Blood Veil being “Hounds” which sees a wolf head transform from the hem of his jacket to unleash a devastating close range attack.
Code Vein, the action RPG from Bandai Namco and the team behind the sci-fi action adventure game God Eater, is scheduled for release sometime in early 2018. The game will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
