CD Projekt Chief Executive says they won’t stop until they make Cyberpunk 2077 a game that will sell for years to come.
CD Projekt won’t stop until Cyberpunk 2077 is completely fixed
Did you see anything positive about Cyberpunk 2077 since it launched? Multiple delays, disastrous launch, several lawsuits following the launch, loss of lead gameplay designer, and so on. Don’t forget the cyber attack, patch delays, and you get the picture.
CD Projekt is struggling. The Cyberpunk 2077 standalone multiplayer title is also canceled. Yet, the Polish game maker isn’t giving up. They’re sure Cyberpunk 2077 is a diamond in the rough that will soon shine as brightly as most of us thought it would before the launch day came.
CD Projekt has a plan, and its Chief Executive said in a REUTERS article:
“I don’t see an option to shelve Cyberpunk 2077. We are convinced that we can bring the game to such a state that we can be proud of it and therefore successfully sell it for years to come,”
Patch 1.2 fixed 505 bugs and glitches. CDPR is on the right track, so now they’ve just gotta stick to their plan and polish every little problem the game has. It definitely won’t be easy, and since their relationship with their customers is forever damaged, this blunder of theirs will forever mark CD Projekt.
CD Projekt is on friendly terms with Sony
As we all know, Cyberpunk 2077 was removed from the PlayStation Store. An enormous scandal, as nothing like this ever happened in the video games industry. However, while some think the game won’t be making a return, CD Projekt and its Chief Executive say they have “friendly relations” with Sony.
