Beyond Good and Evil 2 was one of the great surprises of this year’s E3. The game is epic in many ways and holds such freedom for players to enjoy that it is hard to imagine how it could possibly fail.
Ubisoft did not want to present the game before, mainly because they needed to be sure that what they created was something demonstrable. After seeing the E3 demo, it became evident that this huge project is something that lived up to what the fans had expected. Beyond Good and Evil 2 is described as GTA in space, and the absence of loading screens adds a lot to the whole experience.
Ubisoft has confirmed that the game is set in the 24th century, which means that this is an actual prequel since the original took place in 2435 which is the 25th century. The E3 2017 cinematic trailer showed us that once again we are going to jump into an amazing universe that combines sci-fi with some other beloved genres. Fans loved the trailer, and now everyone is waiting for Ubisoft to finally reveal the release date of the highly anticipated game.
