As we already well know, the critically acclaimed and immensely popular Call of Duty franchise will be making a return to its roots this year, with the release of Call of Duty: WW2.
The game is set for release in a few weeks, and has had a brand new live-action trailer released for it. The trailer, which presents some over-the-top action and backed by the Royal Blood track “Figure It Out,” and has the tagline “It’s time to get your squad back together.” Check out the video just below.
As you can see, the video sees a group of friends who discover that the next entry in the Call of Duty franchise is set back in World War II, and head out to get their team back together. Needless to say, there is a few twists and turns throughout, so the video is certainly worth a watch. The group does grow to eight players, which is too many players for the usual multiplayer aspect, which is 6v6.
Call of Duty: WW2 is set to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, and will launch on November 3rd, 2017. There has also been a new mode revealed, that will see players throwing a leather football in Gridiron.
