Borrow Your Friend’s Deck In Hearthstone’s Witchwood Expansion
Ever since Blizzard released their digital card game, players have been asking for a way to trade cards. Well, in Hearthstone’s upcoming expansion, Witchwood, you will be able to borrow a deck from your friend. This isn’t exactly what we wished for, but it’s a step in the right direction, and who knows, maybe we’ll get exactly what we’ve been looking for in some future update.
To make sure there isn’t a misunderstanding, this is a feature where you can duel another player, and if you want to, you can borrow some of their decks. You can’t borrow a deck and go climb the Ranked ladder, but if you want to try out a really expensive deck, like Big Spell Mage for example, and your friend has it, you can challenge him for a duel and hit the “Borrow Decks” option. In the video above, Ben Brode talks briefly about the new option around the 38th-minute mark, so check that out if you haven’t already, as they also showcased all the remaining cards for the Witchwood expansion that’s coming out in a couple of days.
Blizzard really works hard to implement new and exciting features for Hearthstone, and this “Borrow Decks” option is actually quite cool. If you have a friend that’s new to the game and you want him to try a cool new deck, you can just make it yourself and then play against him, and he can borrow it from you!
