Blizzard Hotfixed The WoW WQ Exploit
Whenever there’s a new expansion in WoW, there also a new kind of exploit. Recently a WQ exploit popped up which allowed players to gain a lot of resources for free. Blizzard has hotfixed this and is working on punishing those that abused this bug.
It’s normal for players to look for ways to get things the easy way. That’s a standard thing for most gamers, but it isn’t fair towards everyone. That’s why if you used the WQ exploit in Battle for Azeroth, you’re going to get punished for it. Blizzard is already working on distributing the punishment to any players that abused this exploit and gained money and resource from it. If you’re not aware of what the exploit is, it basically created a loop that gave you infinite rewards. See, all you had to do was finish a WQ, then flag it as not completed, and so you get reputation, resources, and gear indefinitely.
It took them a while, but Blizzard hotfixed this. Most players are asking that they roll back all of the rewards gained from this exploit. Some even think that people that used the exploit need to get permanently banned, but that’s going too far. Just give them an average ban so that they can think about what they have done and also take all the things they earned unfairly away. There’s no need to permanently ban a WoW player for something like this.
