Bless Online Is Getting Server Consolidation
A lot of problems, that’s what the developers of Bless Online are trying to solve, but it seems like some of them are getting fixed soon. This fantasy MMORPG was hyped up by a lot of people, but it inevitably failed miserably due to all kinds of issues, server instability being one of many. At least the developers are not giving up on this title yet, as the game will get server consolidation soon, which basically translates into a server merge, which is great, as it doesn’t have a lot of players so too many servers are not needed at the moment.
Even though Bless Online has loads of problems that are connected to the gameplay and all that, it’s nice to see that at least something is getting fixed. As far as this server consolidation is concerned, they said this in their Steam post:
Now that Early Access launch is over, in the coming weeks it will be time to consolidate the servers that we temporarily opened up to account for the influx of new players trying out the game. However, we will have servers ready and waiting for Bless Online’s full launch when we’ll need the space once again! Before the consolidations take place (we are currently aiming for the end of July), we will share with you all a detailed guide on how they will work. For now, here is an overview of the changes.
We will be consolidating into 2 NA servers and 2 EU servers; the remaining NA servers will be Kairos and Hilan, and the EU servers will be Bacillas and Iriaphos. The rest of the servers will be consolidated into these.
Let’s hope this fixes the problems with the servers for good, so that the development team can start working on the other various issues that Bless Online has.
