According to BattlEye, which policies the PlayerUnknown’s Battlgrounds servers, there has been a somewhere between 6,000 and 13,000 players banned on a daily basis, which is a rather impressive figure.
PUBG has been subject to a number of negative reviews on Steam as of late, mainly because of complaints over hackers. Last weekend, on Saturday alone there were almost 20,000 players banned in a 24-hour period previously, with the bans mostly taking place in China.
BattlEye tweeted out the following recently:
Over 322,000 cheaters have been banned from PUBG so far, more than twice as many as posted by @PLAYERUNKNOWN just a month ago.

The service has managed to block a whopping 322,000 people so far, which doubles the statistics that were confirmed last month by the game’s creator Brendan Greene.
Meanwhile, PUBG continues to rise in popularity as one of, if not the biggest surprise package of this year. It has managed to attract over 2 million concurrent players, a milestone that it managed to pass very recently, peaking at 2.2 million at the latest. With such a popular fanbase playing the game, with an estimated 16 million people owning it, there is bound to be a few hackers here and there. Luckily, software such as BattlEye is on hand to weed these players out.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is currently available on Steam Early Access.
