Batman: The Enemy Within Rated For The Nintendo Switch
TellTale Games has done many games over the years, some more impressive than others. But with Batman – The TellTale Series, they tried to do something truly different. While they did reference a lot of the source material from the comics, they also turned many things on their heads to deliver a truly shocking story. And then with their second season, Batman: The Enemy Within, they did it once again. The game is already out on Steam, Xbox One and PS4, but now it appears to be coming to Nintendo Switch very soon.
To be fair, this has been teased for quite some time, especially since the first season of the game came out on Switch last November. But TellTale nor Nintendo gave any confirmation. Ironically though, the ESRB gave its rating for the Switch port (it’s “M” like the others), which all but confirms that it’s happening, and it could be arriving soon.
The timing of this is not lost on us, for in a few days, San Diego Comic-Con is set to start. And since that’s the biggest Comic-Con in the US, and a celebration of all things comics, it’s very possible that Batman: The Enemy Within for Switch could be announced there. In fact, Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime noted in an interview that it was possible a reveal at SDCC could happen. Maybe this is what he meant?
In Batman: The Enemy Within, Bruce Wayne’s journey to save his city takes some very dark turns. As a new group called The Pact arrives to cause some major trouble, as if that wasn’t enough, Amanda Waller is in Gotham too, and she knows things about Bruce Wayne.
Finally, your decisions through the season affect John Doe, and his transformation into The Joker will be a result. We’ll be on the lookout for more updates on this.
