KOEI TECMO has recently hosted a live broadcast from their headquarters in Japan, which revealed news regarding the upcoming release of Attack on Titan 2. The sequel to the 2016 action game is scheduled to arrive in March 2018, and will be available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
The sequel will delve even deeper into the series’ gripping storyline, where players will experience the events which unfolded in the second season of the anime, all the while combining their skills with the versatile gameplay on offer using a selection of the characters from the show, plus some new faces to go along with it.
The broadcast revealed a number of playable characters that will be available in Attack on Titan 2, plus unveiling the ability for players to create their very own Custom Scout. The confirmed characters to play as include Eren Jaeger, Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Arlert, Levi, Miche Zacharias, Nanaba, Gelgar, Ymir and Christa Lenz.
There will also be enhanced Titan movements and attacks to look out for come March next year, meaning that you will need to be wary of how you utilize your skills and maneuvers. The new Monocular feature will also allow scouts to analyze situations better to pinpoint the location of Titans.
Attack on Titan 2 will release in March 2018 on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Steam.
