In the Nintendo Summer of Play tour, the company will be taking both the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS across the United States to bring anticipated titles such as Splatoon 2, ARMS, Hey! PIKMIN and Miitopia.
Those who visit these tour dates will also have the chance to try out the new Nintendo 2DS XL system, as well spending time on the new Nintendo Switch console. This particular stop takes place at Navy Pier in Chicago on July 7-9, bringing a plethora of Nintendo related activities for fans to indulge in. As well as the wide variety games that are present, there will be opportunities to take a picture or two with colorful characters such as Mario or the Splatoon inklings. As a bonus, My Nintendo members will also receive a free gift item when they check in with their My Nintendo QR Code.
The Nintendo Switch games set to appear include The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, 1-2-Switch, Snipperclips – Cut it out, together!, ARMS, Splatoon 2, Pokken Tournament DX, Super Bomberman R, Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers and Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition. As for Nintendo 3DS, the games appearing will be Pokemon Sun and Moon, Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS, Super Smash Bros for Nintendo 3DS, Hey! Pikimin and Miitopia.
