Xbox fans have been holding out for a release date for the imminent launch of Turok 1 and Turok 2. It has now been confirmed that the games will launch on March 2nd, with pre-orders now going live.
The first Turok game sees the return of a classic, initially releasing back in 1997. The game introduced gamers to a dinosaur-riddled world filled with diverse enemies, as well as traps, puzzles and deadly weaponry within a 3D environment. The classic game has now been restored, with enhancements made to a new visual engine with exciting new features to enjoy.
As for Turok 2, the Campaigner has been defeated as Turok launches the Chronocepter into a volcano. Sadly for players, the blast gave way to a far deadlier force with The Primagen. This leaves the game’s protagonist to once again restore peace to the land and halting the Primagen from merging the nether world with Earth.
We’ve been waiting for a while for a release date for these games, and it turns out that we don’t have much longer to wait at all. March 2nd is less than a week away, where we will be revisiting a couple of classics from days gone by.
Turok 1 and Turok 2 will release on Xbox One on March 2nd.
