Bandai Namco has announced the release of Pac-Mac Championship Edition 2 Plus on Nintendo Switch.
The release offers the Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus2P mode, which allows players to team up and play together on one system, using a Joy-Con to control their own Pac-Man character. Should one player be caught by a ghost, the other player will be able to come to their rescue and help them out. What’s more, players are also able to team up to utilize special co-op maneuvers which weave in and out of mazes on their march to some pretty epic boss battles. So Switch owners are certainly getting a unique experience with one of the most recognized characters in gaming history, with many of the traits remaining which made it great in the first place.

“Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus provides perfectly bite-sized fun on-the-go for Nintendo Switch. New features and the addition of two player co-op mode elevates the already stellar gameplay, and makes Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus one of the best ways to experience Pac-Man on TV, in portable mode, as well as in single-player mode or with friends.”
