The release of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on Xbox One may have been subjected to backlash in terms of how it performs in comparison to the PC version, yet still the sales statistics seem to be most impressive. It has been revealed today that the early access title has surpassed one million players in the space of 48 hours, which is certainly something to boast about.
Not only that, but PUBG has also been revealed as a pack-in title for the recently released Xbox One X console, with the more powerful hardware having the capacity to see the game’s performance enhance remarkably, with higher resolutions than the normal Xbox One release.
The Xbox One version is currently suffering from issues with crashes and framerates, something that I have personally come across over the last couple of days. Still, these issues will be addressed in the coming weeks and months, which will also be accompanied by Miramar, the second map for the game.
The battle royale epic PUBG is now available in Early Access on PC, and on Xbox One as part of the Preview program. A release on PS4 has yet to be confirmed, with Xbox One having exclusivity rights for the time being.
