Looks like it’s time to get the crew back together, as Rockstar announced the Doomsday Heist for Grand Theft Auto Online. This heist marks the first to be brought to the game in nearly three years, and will arrive next week on December 12th, where players will have to team up to save San Andreas from demise.

Together with your crew of criminals, you will be facing a number of apocalyptic threats which span from the streets of Los Santos to the depths of the ocean and the core of Mount Chiliad. As you can see, you are in for a wild time if the trailer above is anything to go by, and there is another huge piece of information for those who frequent the game.
If you’re a fan of GTA V and Online, chances are you have come across the conspiracy theories surrounding Mount Chiliad. Many have been scrambling to uncover the cryptic messaging found on top of Chiliad, leading several theorists to believe that the much wanted jetpack is somehow connected. This heist will finally reveal the mystery, and give players a whole new way to explore the map surrounding them.
So if you’ve been away from the game for a while, or are looking for more heist action, now seems the perfect time to assemble your team once more and save San Andreas once and for all.
