If there’s one thing that players hate above all else (aside from plain old bad games) it’s the idea of a bad port. While a game may be born on a handheld, console, or computer, it has the possibility of going to others. Yet, when that port doesn’t live up to the expectations of the players and the critics who review them, bad things happen. For PC/Steam users, this is exactly what happened when Team Ninja released Nioh: Complete Edition to the service.
Aside from bugs, performance issues, and more, the port of the popular action game had numerous issues with the control scheme of the game, which made an already difficult game much harder. Well, the team have heard your cries, and an update for the PC/Steam version is coming very soon, and will feature many changes and upgrades, including more support for keyboard and mouse.
#Nioh: Complete Edition upcoming patch (11/29 Late Evening PST) for PC Steam will add in K&M (Keyboard & Mouse) support along with customizable key bindings for the keyboard. Thank you, everyone, for your patience~!#NiohPC pic.twitter.com/qYFCAGhkZi

Yep, the team truly heard you, and now, you’ll be able to map what buttons do what, which will give you much more control over the game. Add that to new camera movement, sensitivity issues being resolved, and more, and you’ll see just how different the game is.
Which is great, because Nioh: Complete Edition has a lot to offer. The game is based on some true events, as a lone warrior ends up in Japan during the age of the samurai. But, there are more dangers here than he realizes. The Complete Edition brings all three major add-ons the game has had, including Dragon Of The North, Bloodshed’s End, and Defiant Honor.
