The latest patch for Destiny 2 has been launched on PC, and is currently available for downloading. The update is available for download on PC, with PS4 and Xbox One versions also expecting to to receive patches.
Bungie explained: “Next week, we will be deploying Patch 1.0.6. Stay tuned to @BungieHelp for dates and times early next week. It contains a fix to an emote issue and should help you find more Guardians backing you up in public spaces.”
Bungie went on to explain that there will be a number of changes affecting scoring and spawning in Crucible, with a full list of changes expected when it goes live. At the moment, Bungie are focused on updates to solve the issues on the PC platform, one of which will be removing SSSE3 processor requirement from the game: “Players whose experience was previously impacted by this requirement, such as players on Phenom II, should try logging in again after taking this update.”
Destiny 2 is now available on PC, Xbox One and PS4. Fans should keep an eye out for updates and patches for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions which will be sure to follow soon once the PC version has been fixed.
