SEGA has today released Infinite battle footage for Sonic Forces, which showcases the Bird Hero Character doing battle with the Lightning Wispon, and also the Cat Hero Character attacking using the Cube Wispon. Here, players will be able to use two differing Hero Characters’ abilities and Wispons using the “Rental Avatar” Hero Swapping tool.
This new free feature will give you access to Hero Characters which has been built by players around the world, in which they will be able to use their Wispons and swap between their character, as well as the “Rental Avatar” whenever they choose to do so. Not only will there be some interesting characters as a result, it will give players the chance to use two different Wispons to find secret paths and overcome obstacles in a single level.
The following video showcases the Infinite boss battle in action, which shows rapid hover attacks, as well as shooting swarms of red cubes to contend with.
Sonic Forces will be coming to Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 7th. The team who brought us Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations will be behind the game, and will give players the chance to even create their own Custom Hero Character.
