Ubisoft has revealed details on the PvP open beta for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, as well as an update on class tactics.
The Ghost War PvP mode will make its way onto PS4, Xbox One and PC on September 21st, running through until September 25th, and can be preloaded from September 19th. The Ghost War mode will be available as part of a free update later this year, but if you can’t wait until then, check out the video below for a sneak peek at the PvP gameplay and class tactics that will be on show.
Matches in the Ghost War open beta will consist of 4v4 deathmatches with no respawning, and will be carried out in a best of three format. These will take place across five maps, with the mode offering eight maps in total when it fully launches. You’ll also have the choice of six of the 12 specialized classes, which are chosen from Assault, Support and Marksman categories.
More information regarding what Ghost War will indeed entail is set to be revealed soon. If you would like to see more soon, then check out the Ubisoft Twitch channel on September 19th at 9am PT to see the new mode in action.
