Understandably, Call of Duty: WWII is the hot topic in the first person shooter franchise’s community at the moment. Let’s not forget about last year’s Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare however, as Infinity Ward has teased the fourth and potentially final DLC to be released for the game.
A trailer could be on its way according to Infinity Ward Associate Project Director for Zombies Lee Ross, who has been tweeting teasers to fans recently. The tease includes regards an upcoming map pack, which will be the fourth DLC in the game’s season pass, which he claimed would be funny if it had been left in plain sight all along. Despite the supposed end of the Zombies season, Ross tweeted that “Sometimes the end is only the beginning,” so read into that what you will.
Hopefully this is going to be a fitting end for Infinite Warfare, and we should be hearing more about what’s coming to the game soon. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
As for Call of Duty: WWII, the beta is being held before its highly anticipated release in a couple months time, as the series makes a return to its roots.
