For now, we have bits and pieces of Necromunda: Hired Gun. Unfortunately, there’s no official raw and unedited gameplay footage so we can see this Warhammer 40K shooters in action. Considering the hype behind this game, that’s a damn shame.
But, there’s a stunning Necromunda: Hired Gun cinematic trailer that shows its vivid and haunting environments. Hive worlds are always jampacked with the worst humanity has to offer, from cultists, serial killers, and all sorts of gangs. Check out the cinematic trailer down below to see the glory of the Underhive for yourself:
Now, I know what you want to see. Some gameplay, some action that’s not cut to pieces by editing. And I know exactly where to look. Check out this fella that did some unedited Hired Gun gameplay.
On one hand, the action is quite slow. The video is basic and shows the starting point in the game. On the other hand, there’s the footage you wanted to see. AI looks a bit janky, the running animations look strange and out of place, and the mission design looks linear to Hell and back. However, the environments are jaw-droppingly stunning, the artwork overall is as Warhammer 40K as you can get, and the gunplay seems solid.
