Warzone Will Be A Connecting Point For All CoD Games
It seems that Warzone isn’t leaving us anytime soon as the game is going to serve as a connecting point for past and future CoD games.
The Call of Duty franchise moves extraordinarily fast. Fans move on to the newest installation in the series as soon as it comes out, and that won’t change anytime soon. But, where does Warzone come into play in the long line of games in the CoD franchise? According to Taylor Kurosaki, Warzone is going to be a connecting point for all future CoD games. Or something like that, Infinity Ward’s narrative director was very vague about the whole ordeal:
Call of Duty is a genre in itself, there are different branches in the Call of Duty tree, but they’re all connected in some ways. Warzone will be the through line that connects all of the different various sub-franchises of Call of Duty.
Basically, Warzone is a checkpoint for the CoD series. Or something of that sort, but basically the characters and guns and environments from all future games will somehow be connected to Warzone. That much is clear, but I’m interested in how they plan to execute this plan of theirs. If we get a CoD title set during WWI or WWII, does that mean a new Warzone map with guns from that era? I hope that’s what they’re saying.
For fans of the CoD franchise, I have an offer. Over on HRK Game, there’s the entire selection of Call of Duty titles. So if you want to see what the longest-running shooter franchise has to offer, now’s the time. Head over to HRK Game and get yourself any CoD title for a great price!
