When you think about Egypt, the first thing that will cross your mind is probably a lot of sand, and maybe pyramids. Well, the people that are making the newest Assassin’s Creed game want to show us just how lush and diverse Egypt can be. In the latest interview with Ubisoft, we got to see a bit more of the stunning world that we will be exploring in Assassin’s Creed Origins, as well as the people who are inhabiting it and your helpful eagle friend. You can watch the short interview down below.
Assassin’s Creed is going in all sorts of directions with their newest title, so why not have an eagle that can scout areas for you and that gives you the ability to see things from above? Sure, you can go and run around without the help of your flying friend, but he can certainly come in handy when you need to take out a group of enemies inside an encampment that could be holding more soldiers than you can handle. But, we didn’t see just the eagle in this interview, we also got to see how the people are living their lives in Assassin’s Creed Origins. We can see the player sailing a lake full of smaller boats, and also larger ones.
Some people are using their boats to fish, while others are using them to patrol the lake, they represent the military. Of course, that means nothing to an assassin, so you can invade their ships and take their lives and their loot when you feel like it.
Assassin’s Creed Origins is coming out on October 27, so make sure to stay tuned for more news on the newest Assassin’s Creed title!
