Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have announced that DJs Steve Aoki and Don Diablo will be taking to Injustice 2 to do battle.
The renowned DJs, who have collaborated with the likes of Rihanna and Coldplay will go head-to-head at Gamescom 2017 as part of the Celebrity Charity Competition on August 23rd. Up to five rounds will be played on PS4, with the first to win three matches being declared the winner. To watch the stream, tune into the official NetherRealm Twitch at 11am BST on the 23rd for all the action.
$5,000 will be donated to the Aoki Foundation from the victor’s spoils, as part of finding advances in brain science to research regenerative medicine and brain preservation. There will also be a meet and greet with Steve and Don after the match has taken place.
That’s not all fans of Injustice 2 should be tuning in for at the event. An announcement is set to take place which will reveal three new characters as part of Fighter Pack #2, so it’ll be worth checking out to see who else is coming to the roster.
Injustice 2, the sequel to Injustice: Gods Among Us, is now available on PS4 and Xbox One.
