Subnautica was a wonderful sci-fi survival game, and Subnautica: Below Zero will follow in its footsteps and start things off in Early Access.
For those of you that are looking for a survival/crafting game that throws in a few twists and turns that will make sure you stay immersed in the game, try Subnautica. It has everything you want in it that other games of this genre don’t. You will have enough resources to build most things you need to explore a fascinating alien ocean. It is filled with all kinds of things for you to discover, one of them being the reason why your ship, Aurora, ended up here. Yes, this survival title has a story, and a very engaging and intriguing one at that.
Subnautica: Below Zero is a stand-alone expansion for the game that wants to explore the same planet, but a completely different region. The devs obviously know how to deliver a well-packed story that’s intriguing and immersive. Everyone is eager to see what they’re going to deliver now that we’re going to explore this frozen landscape.
Subnautica wasn’t so excellent when it first arrived on Early Access. But, after spending over three years there, it transformed into one of the best survival games out there. Subnautica: Below Zero aims to follow the same approach.
Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Discord will be getting Early Access version on January 30th, and a livestream event is happening then as well, which you can watch if you have the time.
The devs themselves said, the game will be riddled with bugs, so don’t come expecting a finshed product.
